Concrete & Heavy Debris Removal

It’s difficult enough to break up concrete yet you have to worry about how to get rid of it. Luckily for you, we have the right solution. For the removal of concrete and other heavy debris, we provide construction dumpsters. Our dumpster rental services can effectively remove broken concrete, brick, and asphalt from projects of all kinds, whether you’re tearing up a sidewalk or finishing a large-scale demolition. Contractors like you require specialized inert dumpsters because concrete is so heavy that’s why our inert dumpster containers are made to hold up to 10 tons of heavy debris. As long as the concrete is not contaminated, our heavy debris dumpsters can accept them.

We generally accept the following heavy construction debris in most of our service areas:

  • Asphalt
  • Blocks
  • Bricks
  • Clean Concrete
  • Mixed Heavy Debris

We Recommend:

  • 10 Yard: Holds 3 full pickup truck loads
  • 12 Yard: Holds 4 full pickup truck loads

For many contractors, demolition and construction go hand in hand. Similar to construction, the size of your dumpster will depend on the scope of your demolition project. Our construction dumpster rentals are perfect for disposing of any amount of demolition debris, whether you need to tear down a few walls or all of them. We can haul away a wide range of items from any deconstruction project, including cracked brick patios, drywall or sheetrock, and torn up floor panels.

We often take the following demolition debris in the majority of our service areas:

  • Concrete
  • Drywall or Sheetrock

You may move from one job to the next smoothly by using a series of inert dumpster bins, which can carry many tons of dirt and rock with ease.

Most of the time, a 20 to 25 yard dumpster can be used for small home construction. A 30 or 35 yard roll-off dumpster will most likely be necessary for larger properties. There are situations where you might even require a few different dumpster sizes.

How Much Does It Cost to Rent a Construction Dumpster?

The debris type, debris weight, dumpster size, rental duration and your location all play a part in construction dumpster rental cost across the country. Here is how these 5 major factors impact construction roll off dumpster prices.

  1. Type of Debris – Our drivers must transport demolition debris, yard debris, and construction debris to various processing facilities. You may pay more if you’re getting rid of hard-to-process items depending on the city you’re in.
  2. Size of Dumpster – We provide a variety of roll-off dumpster sizes, ranging from 10 to 45 cubic yards. Your project and the debris you’re throwing away will determine the size of the dumpster container you require. In case you’ll be getting rid of more debris, a larger bin is needed and this increases the cost of your dumpster rental.
  3. Duration of Rental – Your rental period affects the cost of renting a dumpster. The price will increase if you need to keep your dumpster for an extended period of time.
  4. Location – Fuel prices, demand, and disposal fees differ from city to city.
  5. Weight of Debris – Disposal fees are charged based on the calculated weight of your debris at landfills. When you rent a dumpster from us, we’ll give you a certain weight restriction, and you must keep within that limit to avoid additional fees. To get an estimated total weight of your debris, use our dumpster weight calculator below.

The following additional costs are charged by the majority of dumpster rental companies.

  • Delivery Fee – The cost of transporting a roll off dumpster to the designated location.
  • Removal Fee – Charged for hauling away the dumpster from the location.
  • Special Items – Electronics and large items are subject to a special item fee. The regulations on both local and state sites differ.
  • Additional Days – An additional day fee could range from $5 to $10 per day or much more.
  • Shorter Rental – In some cases, you can still be charged for a full one-week rental fee even if you don’t use the dumpster for a full week.
  • Overload Fee – There is a fee for each additional ton when a roll off dumpster exceeds its maximum weight capacity.
  • Overflow Fee – On open top dumpsters, this fee may apply to any debris that is higher than the Maximum Fill Line.
  • Taxes – You often have to pay both federal and state taxes when renting a dumpster.

NOTE: Costs associated with obtaining permits should also be considered. Contact your local city or county for more details, as this fee is not covered by the price of renting a dumpster.
