Follow these 2 easy steps to help you prepare the drop-off location for dumpster delivery after you’ve rented your 40-45 yard dumpster.

1. Leave Sufficient Space – The required space needs to be at least 60 feet long in order to accommodate a 40 to 45 yard dumpster rental. You should also move your vehicles to the street and open any entrance gates to your property before we arrive. We recommend avoiding locations near pedestrian walkways or automobile traffic.

1. Type of Debris – Our drivers must transport construction materials and yard debris to various processing facilities. You may pay more if you’re getting rid of hard-to-process items, like mattresses, depending on the city you’re in.
2. Size of Dumpster – Your project and the debris you’re throwing out will determine the size of the dumpster container you require. In case you’ll be getting rid of more debris, a larger bin is needed and this increases the cost of your dumpster rental.
3. Duration of Rental – Your rental period affects the cost of renting a 40-45 yard dumpster. The price will increase if you need to keep your dumpster for an extended period of time.
4. Location – Fuel prices, demand, and disposal fees differ from city to city.
5. Weight of Debris – Disposal fees are charged based on the calculated weight of your debris at landfills. • Delivery Fee – The cost of transporting a roll off dumpster to the designated location.
• Removal Fee – Charged for hauling away the dumpster from the location.
• Special Items – Electronics and large household items are subject to a special item fee. The regulations on both local and state sites differ.
• Additional Days – An additional day fee could range from $5 to $10 per day or much more.
• Shorter Rental – In some cases, you can still be charged for a full one-week rental fee even if you don’t use the dumpster for a full week.
• Overload Fee – There is a fee for each additional ton when a roll off dumpster exceeds its maximum weight capacity.
• Overflow Fee – On open top dumpsters, this fee may apply to any debris that is higher than the Maximum Fill Line.
• Taxes – You often have to pay both federal and state taxes when renting a dumpster.
